I like OBP better than AVG but OPS incorporates all aspects of hitting and defines an all around player.

i actually thought joe was going down the right road there, talking about the flaw of OPS but apparently he was saying it's a problem if a guy has a high OBP and low SLG or high SLG and OBP. i shouldn't have gotten my hopes up.
