these brewers announcers said harden isn't going to walk you, he only walked 30 in 71 innings with the cubs, so you have to go up there and be aggressive. 30 in 71 innings? that's not great.

That's actually pretty bad.

Can we sticky this thread as yet another reminder that SPRING TRAINING MEANS NOTHING AND YOU SHOULD NOT EVER DRAW ANY CONCLUSIONS FROM WHAT YOU SEE THERE. THEY MAY LOOK LIKE THEY ARE JUST PLAYING A REGULAR COMPETITIVE GAME OF BASEBALL BUT THERE ARE SO MANY REASONS WHY WHAT YOU ARE SEEING IS DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR SEASON GAME

This is the first time I have actually seen Harden pitch (besides game 3 of the playoffs last year, but I quit watching that after the first inning). Wow, just filthy.

Wow. You missed a lot of awesomeness.

I know, don't know how I couldn't catch a game in 3 months of him pitching.

I'm about five minutes behind on the DVR, but seeing Harden hit 97 and then 96 on the WGN gun against Hall was nice to see.

I keep telling myself if we keep getting into good counts we'll eventually do some damage, but its frustrating waiting for that to happen.
