He's right, it's the Cubs fault that he lost all of his talent after they traded him. Didn't you hear the story about how they took their magic syringe and sucked out all of his talent on the team plane when he was sleeping before the end of the season? They then injected that talent in to Jim Edmonds, relegating Jacque Jones to hitting .089

Yeah, it's totally the Cubs fault. I thought people knew this?

Yeah, it's the Cubs' fault. Jones was so depressed after being traded by the Cubs that he completely lost his concentration.

That website is excruciating. Here's more brilliance from another top contributor:

Pierre has proven time and time again that he is a clutch player. He places that unseen statistic of pressure on the opposing team when he is on base. He has the ability to place the next guy at bat in a great position to score an extra run or two that can be the difference in the game. Follow up Pierre with a solid on-base guy and you have a run in the bank!

oh, and he's hiring writers and models for his little website, if anyone's looking for work:

We are currently in need of content writers as well as promotional girls to attend events and appear in photos for the site. Please send all correspondence to heavenlydevils@gmail.com for more information.

he certainly needs to leave the writing to someone else.

I realize that I'm preaching to the choir, but this is one of the worst conclusions I've ever heard...

I blame the Cubs because if he hadn't been traded then he probably would have had an '08 season similar to '07.

After reading that, I find my self bewildered, confused........and a little disturbed.

What's his actual argument again? :-s

Seriously though, what the [expletive] happened to Jacque Jones?

A mediocre impatient outfielder with marginal power and shaky defense who is about to turn 34 years old. How hard could it be to figure out what happened to him? He's not good and now he's old.

The best part of that entire thing is the comment section. Remember, Mark T is the writer of the article:

Dammit Cubs! You ruined a perfectly great career! Not only that, but you're also responsible for global warming! Shame on you!
