well, it's hard to be too upset with this season. I think we were the better team than MSU, though.

 

If collins and aldrich come back, we'll win the whole thing next year.

 

That's kinda hard to say since you lost to them twice.

 

Eh, I don't count the first one. It was most of the guys' second road game of their careers. We controlled that game tonight, but our youth showed, and we got tight. Whatever, they made the plays when they had to.

 

Youth is part of the game. I hate KU. Up 5 with a couple minutes to go and then nothing.

how's michigan state's foul shooting?

 

the only reason i ask is because the only way i think that the loouhvul cards lose that game is if loouhvul's free throw shooting comes back and bites us. i really don't think that michigan state can slow down the tempo enough to stop us and i also know that our 4 guard monster can take any team out of the game. i also want to see state's defense against a non-offensively challeged team (i didn't see any of this game. i really wanted to so i knew who we were up against, but couldn't get to a tv at all). i only have big 10 play to work from and, i'm sorry, but the big 10 looks like a defense first league. i guess when you have football matches break out during basketball games, (looking at you illinois and penn state), it's hard to shake that mantle.

 

there may be 5 official ways to pronounce it, but we have and always will call it loouhvul.

7/8 Elite 8 teams (my only major upset beyond the first round was Washington over UConn, oops), but I'm nervous as hell about Mizzou and Pitt tomorrow.

Yeah, I've never been less upset by a tourney exit. Self worked a lot of magic this year. If the guys stick around, and if we get Lance Stephenson, I really like our team next year. We'd be adding 3 5*, including a dominant wing, which we sorely missed this year.

 

What happened to Bobo Morgan? Is he gonna make an impact?

I think its clear Kansas was the more talented team, but their youth and inexperience caught up to them. In this situation Michigan State was the better team though, like you mentioned earlier they have a lot of options to go for scoring, they all play defense well and are all well coached too.

Findlay just won the Division II championship on a fall away three at the buzzer in overtime.

 

They completed an undefeated season. Crazy.

 

That was awesome.

 

I was hoping for more OTs, but it's hard to complain about that ending.
