In my auction pool, I spent sizable money on Ohio St., Texas, UCLA, Illinois, Purdue, West Virginia, Wake, Oklahoma, and Mizzou. So go those teams.

The scheduling of the B10 teams kind of blows. Unless I go to a bar I'll only be able to watch 3 games total in the 1st round. Minnesota/Minnesota, MSU/OSU/Wisky play at the same time and Purdue is on during the day. BOO! At least I get to watch the UI game uninterrupted (hopefully, you never know with CBS).

I could see this being one of those years where MSU is the only team that makes it past the first round and then they're gone in the 2nd. At the same time I could see all of them making the sweet 16 except Michigan.

 

I can't help thinking Pitt will be the 1st #1 to lose but looking at their bracket I'm not sure to whom.

Actually I think that's available for all games, not just out-of-market. That would be important for people who are at work and can't watch the games on TV but can on their computers (such as, say, me).

Oklahoma losing in the second round isn't too stupid, imo. They have one awesome player, one pretty good player, and a whole lotta nothing.

Also, if it weren't for their terrible FT%, I'd seriously consider taking Portland State over Xavier. Portland State fits the profile for an out of nowhere Cinderella and Xavier strikes me as a team that can be caught napping.

My first round upsets include North Dakota St., Cleveland St., and Wisconsin. I also came up with the big 10 going 7-0, and Arizona St. ending up in the Final Four. Oh, and Maryland in the Elite 8. We'll see how awful this all turns out.

Blah, the first 3 games seem pretty boring for casual fan purposes. A 2-15 matchup and two 8-9 matchups, and only the LSU-Butler game mildly intrigues me.

So I'm left with Oklahoma in the Elite Eight -- which I still doubt happens. Oh well.

I just know that Michigan has that "happy to be there" outlook. They don't want to but sometimes when you've already exceeded your wildest expectations, its hard to avoid.
