How do you hire such a guy?

Hiring Jagodzinski was one of the first big decisions Morris made as a head coach, and it couldn't have turned out much worse. Greg Olson, now the team's coordinator, wanted the job back in January, but the team didn't even interview him.

So yeah...Morris won't be around long me thinks.

I just remember watching his opening press conference and coming away completely unimpressed. He sounded like a high school coach.

Unless the league wants to foot the bill, I don't see why he should have to. The NFL told him the minimum height and he put it (I believe - don't quote me on the exact height) 10 feet higher than that.

Jones is totally justified in his response.

The league told him 85 ft and he placed it 90 feet. He is moving an ad that is on the lower part of it, but there are no plans to move it.

After the season, the NFL may revisit the issue, but from what I heard it would cost in the millions to have it moved and that if it is moved, the league would fit the bill.

You're right in that he is justified in his response, but the issue is that he followed the guidelines that IMO are considered outdated and need to be updated with these "new" stadiums.

Tampa Bay fired their offensive coordinator already. I really don't see the raheem morris era working out well.

"Jags" had very little experience calling plays, something that Steve Logan normally did for him at Boston College. (Logan is now in Tampa as a running backs coach and will remain there.) The Bucs reportedly grew concerned that Jagodzinski knew how to install a zone blocking running scheme on the team, but not much else.

"Sometime during training camp, it became increasingly apparent to Bucs officials and players, that Jagodzinski was not equipped to install and direct an NFL offense," writes Rick Stroud.

The team reportedly believed Jagozinski lacked "sophistication" when it came to various aspects of the passing game.

this the same idiot that got fired at BC because he thought he was good enough to coach an NFL team?

Your opinion and you may be right, but what are the other 31 owners in the league doing? If the league had told him 100 feet he would have put it at 105 feet.

Yea. Jagodzinski was fired from BC because he interviewed for the Jets job that Rex Ryan got.

I'm really looking forward to seeing the Cowboys play the Giants in a couple of weeks in that beautiful new stadium.

I don't see how anybody can reasonably call that beautiful. It's hideous.

i do like the old-school traditional stadiums better, but man, if you're going to do a stadium like jerry world, you might as well go all out.

holy [expletive], chase daniel might actually make an NFL roster. colt brennan's going on the IR.

Nope, sounds like the Skins are cutting him even with Brennan going on the IR. Apparently they don't even have interest of placing him on the practice squad.

Looks like they put him on waivers to see if they'll be able to put him on the practice squad.

Yeah, I probably should have said that PFT reported that. Always have to take what that site says with a grain of salt.

Anybody have interest in Rhodes to replace Jones?

I would think they'd be looking at someone like Rhodes. I wouldn't have a problem w/ him.
