So much for winning 100 games.

So when do we start worrying about the possibility of the overachieving offense mailing it in in September?

Ugh to this whole post.

I don't care if they win 100 or not, but 15-9 is certainly within reach with this team. Lou's 2001 M's won 118 and then got beat in the 1st round. The 03 Braves won 102 and we know who knocked them out.

I'll be glad to get HF advantage and take my chances.

So do you go back to being a holdout?

Well my level of patience has always been thin with him so yeah.

Yeah, he needed to do more to win me over and his leash is a lot shorter.

If anyone cares, in light of all the hand-wringing about facing the D-backs in October, Randy Johnson got lit up by the Cards today. Four homers, including shots by Molina and Lopez (!). AZ leads 7-6 in 7th with bases loaded and 1 out.

The exact reason I wanted Pie called up. Who knows, maybe we could have gotten a hot month from him, and also gave Edmonds some rest.

Yeah but Randy Johnson is not 13-0 lifetime vs. the Cardinals. I will be parinoid about Randy Johnson until we actually beat him.
