There's a great example of how strikeouts are worse than other outs.

except that Ram would have scored anyway, so it made no difference. plus he wouldnt have pinched his sack

So now we have to sweat it out for at least an hour or 2 before hearing what's up.

Unless he's in next inning...

Better not be out for significant time or anything like that.

DERO 9-4.

Screw the frakkin' Braves, EVERY TIME WE PLAY THESE BOZOS SOMEONE GOES DOWN.

The Cubs should be out for blood.

BLOOD!!

It's FICK.

I know he's hiding in that dugout somewhere. You can't hide him forever Bobby!

Aramis is obviously dead now

The advantage would be that in this case, he'd end up on the 60-day DL instead of the 15, so we could bring up Hoffpauir until he comes back.

I can already predict...

X-Rays negative, precautionary MRI scheduled for tomorrow, won't make the trip to Miami.

Such is par for the course for the Cubs medical staff.

I'm sure he's fine, but we'll hear this line until we know otherwise.

That would be delicious.

For my sanity, I hope he is. But realistically with a 5 run lead in the 5th, I would prefer he's taken out for precautionary reasons.

Josh Vitters might just have to grow up in a hurry.

I hope you're not suggesting that he gets called up if Aramis is out.

Think he's kidding.

I'm not going to freak out about Ram. Let's see what it is first. I think this offense can absorb his loss if need be; this isn't 2005/06 when DLee got hurt... Edited by 98navigator

Rammy in the hole...but it might just be strategic who knows.

I don't think Len meant that he's physically there, just that it's his spot in the lineup.
