With my luck, her water will break during Game 7 of the World Series with the Cubs in it.

If she's worth her salt, she'd understand if you had to settle for watching the video of the delivery later that night.

I already told her that if her water breaks and the Cubs are in the playoffs, she's gonna have to deal with me going back and forth.

The good stuff probably won't come until well after the game anyway.

CUBS SWEEP!! Not just this series, but the season series.

The way Lilly and Howry pitched, the scary moment with Ramirez at the plate, the Braves always answering our runs with runs of their own, Kotsay hits for the cycle and goes 5 for 5, the HBP with benches clearing, and the Cubs win, nobody was ejected, and Ramirez is day-to-day. I'll take it.

I wish my friend was still a Braves fan so I could rub his face in it.

A lot of people stopped being Braves fans when it stopped being cool.

Yeah, he was one of them.

He'd watch all the Braves games on TBS. I remember the day Blauser hit 3 hr's against us at Wrigley. He'd call me, simply laugh, and then hang up.

He was kind of a jerk sometimes.

And he'd wear his Braves hat EVERYWHERE.

Braves color guy is talking about slam range already.

That stupid phrase has really made it's way into the lexicon quickly. Kind of like "walk off" a few years ago.

Yeah, it really has. And it seems to be most popular among terrible, homer announcers.

Haha, I had the game on the Braves postgame, which Brian Jordan does with some lady. They were talking about the Lilly HBP, and Jordan's saying that Lilly was mad because Escobar had hit that line drive up the middle that almost hit him earlier in the game. Yes, I'm sure Lilly thought that Escobar can hit the ball EXACTLY where he wants to and that liner was intentional. These Braves people are hilarious.

Brian Jordan should stick to Falcons postgame.

Notice how the Cubs had some class (well, as much as you can have when intentionally throwing at a guy) and didn't throw at Escobar's head like that dbag Braves reliever did with Soriano.
