Just 1 time Id like the Chicago media to grill Lou on his bullpen usage, just 1 time. They wont though, cause Lou has them all scared to death to question anything he does.

 

Exactly. I don't understand why the media refuses to call him out. He's generally fine except when dealing with the bullpen. He simply has no clue and makes the obviously wrong choice a great deal of the time. Ever since he yelled "OF COURSE I THOUGHT OF THAT. DO YOU THINK I'M STUPID OR SOMETHING?" at a reporter, he gets a free pass.

 

I don't trust Lou to make the right decisions WRT the bullpen in the postseason. I hope I'm wrong.

If we lose this game on that call it's total bS. That's the worst call i've ever witnessed at a big league game. Who the crap doesn't tell HOWRY, Piniella whoever whats going on???? I mean DLee is supposed to be a team leader do you not remind your pitcher and manager what this guy has done to us??? SO soapdropping CUBS!!!!!

 

 

LOL...look...I agree the decision was awful, but come on. Lee should tell Piniella what to do? That's possibly the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

 

Ok i admit that i got lost in another Howry moment but the sentiment was that someone on the baseball field or in the dugout should of said something and i don't believe that to be ridiculous. If your boss was making decisions which could result in the failiure of the business wouldn't you at least try to have a word??
