Did the lightning hit the top of the scoreboard? That is what it looked like on ESPN.

Nah, it was behind.

After that hilarious display, I can be OK with a loss now.

Yeah, we were playing with house money after Milwaukee lost to the Reds anyway, I've got enough positive memories from this one to live with the L.

Man, Berkman's behavior is funny and all, but it's just cowardly to do that in front of everyone like that. I know you are scared, but man up and don't be seen as a gutless coward in front of a national TV audience and your peers like that.

Yeah, D Lee would have never done that!

It would figure wouldn't it.

We couldn't catch lightning in a bottle with LaTroy, so...

I dunno, someone finish the thought for me.

Looking out my window, the sky is flashing white every two or three seconds.

This is crazy.

Need someone to come hold your hand?

Sorry sweetheart, I don't get touchy-feely on the first date.

Now he has to defend his honor as a man.

I actually think Sinatro's reaction was funnier. It's like he had an old war flashback or something.

What's the curfew for games? I remember one Yankees game ended at 4 am last year(or this year?)

We got beat by Chad Moeller. That's awesome.

We did?

Brian Moehler, I mean.

Note to self: Do not post immediately before going to bed.

And with that, I retire for the evening.

I don't think there is a curfew for National League games.

Last year at the end of August in Detroit, it got delayed and they finally started around 1 AM. I almost went to the game, but decided against it as I had to move to school the next day and it's a good thing I didn't go I would have been up for close to 24 hours and having to carry stuff to my room all day.

Me and the roommate head to Wrigley when first one was ending. At first, they weren't letting anyone back in. After about ten minutes at all gates, they gave up.

We were looking for tickets, couldn't find any. Then these four girls get kicked out for being too drunk, we get them to give us their tickets, get into the bleachers.

Sit in left field, about six rows from where DeRosa almost went yard.

That lighting right before they called it and the one about two minutes after they called were freakin scary.

Even if we lose tonight, the magic number is still reduced to 45. :D

Eh, I'll start counting that when we get to September.

Way to not be a man.
