Why not just resume the game tomorrow?

 

Because 5 innings is an official game, and if they dont get it in tonight, its over. Plus you dont want them going too late tonight anyway with a day game tommorow.

 

Usually they won't suspend a game unless it's tied, IIRC.

 

If it were tied, they'd probably finish it up tomorrow before the next game.

Knowing how these things go it'll probably spark a Crew winning streak :roll:

 

IMO, it will be more damaging than good. The Cubs had their dugout tussle last year but the dynamics were different because they are a veteran team. Plus, let's not forget that the Cubs found a way to remove Barrett to restore harmony. Neither Parra nor Fielder will be traded from that team this season.

 

Oh yeah, the Brewers also had a fight with the manager in the dugout last season and that didn't help...
