If Shark learns to control his emotions, learns an extra pitch other than the fastball/slider, keeps the fastball at 95+ as it currently is... he would be DEVASTATING as a closer.

And the stupid over throw on the pitch out cost us.

Nah, Ramirez pry scores on that double anyways. If he gets to 2nd on the flyball.

Another example of throwing hard not equating to success in the majors.

 

Not disagreeing.

 

But more the overthrow on the pitch out was what cost him that run more than anything.
