Man, I am nervous. Feels like the longest game ever.

Typical Cubs/Cards tilt.

Do blowouts ever happen when these two teams play. I think I remeber a game in 98 where the Cards scored a bajillion runs in the first inning but that's about all I can remember.

We were blowing them out the one year up 8 I think and proceeded to lose on Pujols' 3rd bomb.

Taguchi of all people went deep too, what an awful game that was.

I'd put Edmonds into the "great" category.

Neal started off shaky, and then at the *EXACT MOMENT* I warned him to not blow it, he suddenly started pitching well.

Hmmmmmm. :-k

Yeah, but in another game Neifi hit a grand slam in extra innings against the Cards, so it balances out.

That one was absolutely freaking awesome. It was about 114 degrees at Busch that day and I thought we were going to die.

Nice effort LUDWICK!

Yeah my roomate at the time declared he would someday kill Pujols. I imagine he is still coming up with his plan.
