Just wanted to say that Coca-Cola completely owns Pepsi.

Absolutely.

I don't drink much pop anymore, but Coca-cola > Pepsi. It's weird because now when I do drink pop it's usually diet, and I prefer Diet Pepsi over Diet Coke.

I haven't drank diet in a long time, but I'm totally with you on both halves of this. Diet Coke might be the single worst mass-produced beverage there is.

My college roommate would drink Diet Coke warm. I don't mean he let it sit out after opening, I mean he would keep it in the pantry and drink it without it ever being in the fridge or on ice. That's disgusting.

Same here. Even though I'm a huge Coca-Cola > Pepsi guy, I'd much MUCH rather drink a Diet Pepsi than Diet Coke.

The latter is actually my favorite soda. But at a dollar a pop instead of the 50 cents I pay for a Wild Cherry, I don't drink it much.

This sounds very very good.

what sounds good? i think you forgot to add something....i'm gonna go ahead and guess that it's the Cherry Limeade you haven't tried since the others are fairly common.

p.s. it's effin' delicious.

i vote diet dr pepper in the absence of diet cherry vanilla dr pepper, which is the true champion.

also, i drink all soft drinks warm. no ice. much more flavor.

Vanilla Coke

Dr. Pepper is a close second.

Vanilla Coke, when you could find it, was awesome. Vanilla vodka and Coke was surprisingly tasty.

I find it by the 12-pack here in Columbia all the time. A few of the gas stations are finally putting 20 oz bottles back in stores too.

I never liked Vanilla Coke (I always thought it had a bitter aftertaste). I did like Vanilla Pepsi, and I like regular Coke with vanilla syrup added.

I quit drinking pop once I got to college, and I haven't gone back since I graduated. Beer.

P.S. Where's the Arnold Palmer quote from? I know I've heard it, I just can't remember what movie

It's from an episode of Scrubs.

Water.

G2 (Gatorade with low sugar and carbs)

Ditching any kind of pop is the easiest way to lose weight.

G2 is absolutely delicious, too.

Yes, I'd nominate these 2 as well.

Of course you get the artificial sweeteners with G2 (and diet pop), which may be more detrimental to your long term health than being fat.

Water and exercise.

But I drink way too much Pepsi.

Where does it say there's artificial sweeteners in G2? A check on a couple different websites have yielded none of that in the nutritional info. It *should* show up as a sugar alcohol if there's an artificial sweetener in there, and nothing indicates that is the case.

Tough poll for me. I drink Diet Coke on a pretty regular basis, but that's mainly because I stopped drinking sugary soft drinks when I had gained too much weight.

I don't think Diet Coke really is my favorite, it was just my favorite of the diet drinks.

Right now, I've been drinking Minute Maid Light Lemonade which is only 5 calories per can.

You should try Diet Dr. Pepper if you're not wild about Diet Coke. I buy it by the case, but I work at a Coca-cola warehouse so I get 24 - 20 oz. drinks for $6.25. I also like Coke Zero better than Diet Coke.

Diet drinks are bad for you.

Has it ever been proven that they are a serious detriment to your health?

We have no way of knowing, because the powerful bread lobby keeps stopping my research.
