Haha. You just have to know where to go. Stay away from Milwaukee where all the sausages are. The college girls in Madison are much hotter.

Honestly, Madison does not have its share of 9s and 10s. It was kind of rare to see them out there.

However, it wasn't until I left for Cleveland that I realized what Madison lacked in quality it made up for in solid quantity. There were a ton of 6s and 7s in Madison.

Poor Cleveland. Come to think of it, the last time I was in Cleveland the female showing at the ballpark was pretty pathetic.

Yesterday at Wrigley, that was more like it :)

Gallagher needs to throw a few less strikeouts. 62 pitches through 3. Strikeouts are fascist. Get some more groundballs, they're more democratic.

I was with a group of friends the last time I was at The Jake (or whatever the hell they call it now) about a year ago. I wasn't wearing anything sports-related and we were sitting near this group of over-makeupped women who were half beached whales, half brown-bagged, all of whom were wearing "Grady's Ladies" shirts. I was chatting with one of my friends about the Cubs' rough start and a few of the girls overhear this. The following takes place:

Girl #1: "You're a Cubs fan?"

Me: "Yeah."

Girl #2: "Why the are you here?"

Me: "It's a nice day and my friends wanted to go."

Girl #1: "Ugh, God, I can't stand Cubs fans. They're such bandwagon fans who don't know a thing about baseball. Indians fans actually care about their team and are really knowledgable!"

Me: "Who's the starting pitcher today for the Indians?"

Girl #1 and #2: "..."

About two innings later, the fans started doing The Wave. That just said it all.

You know what would've been nice? Capitalizing on the opportunity with a man on third and only one out.

Gallagher just has these types of innings every time out. We should be doing a lot better against Jimenez

OK second time through the order Sean doesn't look as sharp. Not throwing as many strikes, and the hitters have a good read on his pitches..

striking out, popping out or grounding out: meh, it happens

striking out, popping out or grounding out with runner on third and fewer than two outs: OMG unacceptable! no fundamentals!
