Other teams have no problems DFA'ing highly priced/crappy productive players, but why do the Cubs have that problem?

 

If Hendry and Piniella cannot see the fact that both Hill and Gallagher are better bets for the rotation over Marquis, then the Cubs have two clueless guys running a MLB franchise. Marquis should be DFA, yesterday.
