Have Len and Bob talked about Edmonds at all yet? I just tuned in.

 

If they have, they probably tried to persuade the fans that signing Edmonds is a good idea.

Why would they want to look at stats? They watch the games. That's all that matters.

Its crap like this that explains why the Cubs can't develop good players....and why we have a high payroll with nothing to show for it.

By my count, they'd have our best CFer, two of our best five starters and several relievers better than Chad Fox.

Wait, the Padres are winning? That's impossible though, everybody was saying they are unable to score runs and this is an easy win with a Z vs. Wolf matchup. I'm confused.

Am I the only one who reads this as just Gordon's guess? I mean he seems to have no more info that Bruce had in his blog, he just spins it as if it's a done deal.

 

Considering Levine is echoing similar sentiments, and Bruce is speculating as well, it's pretty likely something is inevitable.
