Cedeno doubled to down the left field line

Zambrano grounded out to first, unassisted , Cedeno to third

Pie, pinch hitting for Johnson, called out on strikes

Theriot walked

Theriot stole second base

D Lee walked

Ramirez grounded into a FC,

He's completely overthinking each pitch and pressing too much in his ABs. It's a sign of being mentally weak. I hope I'm wrong.

 

That's quite a stretch. Could be a couple pitchers who have the stuff to exploit him and have made their pitches over two days. Maybe he's not picking the ball up well with the new field's batter's eye. Maybe he's doing it to throw us off the trail that he's really a cyborg, it could be a lot of different things.

No I agree to an extent. He just looks like he's trying too hard to outthink the pitcher. On that last AB, he had a 3-1 count and took 2 breaking pitches over the plate. Looks like a guy who is trying to guess. Also, I should mention how Lou mentioned earlier that his somewhat slow start at the plate was effecting his defense during the first week of the season, or something like that.
