Greetings one and all from beautiful Eagan, MN

The pitching matchups for this game.......

http://chicago.cubs.mlb.com/images/gameday/mugshots/mlb/452733.jpg Gorzelanny, the guy who is making a habit of losing to the CUBS, (1-1)

vs.

http://chicago.cubs.mlb.com/images/gameday/mugshots/mlb/150302.jpg Marquis, the deer in the headlights guy, (0-0)

It's Len & Bob on CSN TV, Pat & Ron on WGN Radio as always, and also on XM 183

CUBS have won 9 of their last 13 games against left handed starters, including 3 of 4 this year, including 1 against Gorzelanny.

This thing where you score more runs than the other guy...... keep doing it !!!

Go CUBS !!

I'll be cleaning up a park so I can't watch it on Gameday. Just win, Cubs.

Community service?

 Just kidding

I like it when the cubs win more than when th cubs lose.

Lets do it again.

Oh, and for anyone going to the game tomorrow - try to be less douchebaggy than those who were there today. Such a random day for a bad crowd.

What happened today?

People were drinking more than usual (that or it was affecting them more than usual) and as a whole the crowd was just unruly. Very argumentative and foul-mouthed. Then at the end there was a fight in the bleachers between a couple guys and a couple girls. I guess one of the guys threw beer on the girl or something. It was pretty weird. Wouldn't really expect a friday afternoon game that we were winning almost the whole time to be like that.

Must be a full moon.

What would happen to the other two games?

Canceled due to earthquake.

Hahaha, awesome.

I can see a start in LF.

You working the bleachers again tomorrow Roast? I think I saw you on Wednesday night out there. Were you working the section where the guy proposed? I'll be in the left field bleachers above the well, last row, wearing a Marmol Jersery for those who will be out there.

I have fifth row seats directly behind home plate and my seats for sun and mon are good but not that good, so this game better not rain out. If it did, they'd probably just play two on sunday, right?

So Len explained today that the Cubs are first in MLB with the number of pitches seen per AB. Is this true? If so, why is there not a gazillion threads here promoting this fact. Isn't that what is desired?

When would they be played then? During a snow blizzard?

I downloaded gameday on my cellphone for stuff like that. Sucks through your minutes (and battery) like crazy, but if you only check it once every few innings it's a good thing to have. Especially since I'm usually at work during the games.
