Meh. These types of games are bound to happen every now and then. Unfortunately, they've been happening every fifth day with Sweaty Teddy.

I won't complain about a series win, but it would've been nice to go to 10-5.

 

Too bad no one else on the team could do anything with Johnson and DeRosa having great days. I guess that'll happen with Blanco, P, Fontenot, and Theriot following them.

I was here Tuesday, and I was here yesteday efore I went to the game. I wasn't here when the Reds were scoring all their runs today.

 

The Reds snapped a 5 game losing streak today, I'm not really doing backflips.

As unclutch as he is, Encarnacion has no future.

His career numbers say otherwise.

 

Now his future at 3rd base may be different.

Are you joking? The guy is pretty damn awesome, and probably has a better future than any position player the cubs have in the minors

Fontenot-Theriot 1-2 is pretty dumb and might hamstring this offense

 

It also possibly might cost Derrek Lee the triple crown if he keeps playing the way he is
