Just like they say. The only time a sac bunt is smart is when theres runners on first and second with 0 outs and you are playing for one run.

I'll add to that list when there is nobody out, a runner on second, and a mediocre/poor hitter up in tie game

 

I'd much rather move the runner to third and tehn just try to hit a fly ball to score the run.
