Cedeno has already seen more pitches than hamels threw all last inning.

WHAT

Yep. Cedeno saw 7 pitches total. Hamels threw FOUR Pitches in the 2nd.

How Dustian. Well, thanks for at least a tiny bit of attrition, Ronny, and thanks for the walk, Theriot. It'll be a bitch when Lilly hits into a twin killing here.

Ubertalented, I-can-do-this-in-my-sleep Hamels knows nothing of the grit of The Riot.

Hey, I've turned the corner on Cedeno, but please go easy on the Cubs' solitary baserunner thus far.

Soriano should totally hit a home run here. I expect a strikeout swinging.

I can't stand that I know that Soriano is looking fastball on 3-1 and will swing at it no matter what.

He'll do it again on 3-2

darnit, soriano.

41 pitches for Hamels. At least we made him work i guess. Maybe we can get him out semi-early and have a chance at htis game.

I'm really starting to dislike Soriano. At least last year he was hitting doubles when he wasn't homering.

Sounds like they finally fixed that "100 years since the Cubs last pennant" commercial. I don't even know how that a) got made, and b) remained unfixed for so long.

UGH I KNOW

IT MADE NO SENSE

I like how these text-message polls are always devised so that there can only be a clear-cut winner. Maybe Ferguson Jenkins will get a fair percentage, but yeah, as if "ok grvr clvlnd alxndr was teh best phlEs2cubs trade k thx" will come up.
