Wainwright is a tough matchup for the Cubs. He has pretty much dominated at will in the second half of the season. However, if Z is on, he is still better. Lets start off this series on a high note!

Strangely enough according to BR.com, Zambrano is 21-21 with a 4.78 ERA with 5 days of rest (58 starts).

We NEED to take 3-4...not so much b/c of STL...but because the brewers are playing Cincy at home...cincy just swept STL...we can't expect them to win more than 1 of 3 in Millwaukee.....if we can still be ahead of the Brewers come next Monday when they start their last road trip and string of games against Houston, ATL, STL and SD, I think we've got a good chance,

The only team the Cubs have to fear is the Cubs. If they lose the series this weekend, then they're screwed because they're a bad team who won't be able to finish off the stretch run. The Cards being closer would just be a side effect.
