Damnit. Where's the list of food items I was promised?

I was wondering that myself. Interested to see what he had in his fridge.

There was a thread on this somewhere already...funny stuff.

EDIT: Nevermind...I'm thinking of the guy that sued Vick.

same guy

Yeah I see that now...that's why I was initially confused. I guess reading carefully instead of skimming has benefits.

This guy has a treasure trove of great stuff...may be my new favorite writer....one of his pleadings he sued about 400 people, including Scott Bayo and the Pope, (for manipulating the international monetary system I think)...that amused me to no end

By far the best defendants were the Ming Dynasty, The Congolese Army and the Liberty Bell, followed closely by WKRP in Cincinnati.

It's bad enough that he's asked for a temporary restraining order to stop the broadcast of baseball games and all the defendants in the lawsuit.

But did he have to drag the defendant's pets into this, too?

It's the greatest stuff ever. I can't believe I haven't heard of this guy until now. Hours of fun are to be found in the writings of Mr. Riches:

http://news.justia.com/cases/441190/

Riches et al v. Vick et al

Plaintiff a/k/a "Credit Card Czar" d/b/a "The Nostradamus of Commerce" seeks $662 trillion in British Gold delivered via JB Hunt trucking. Plaintiff alleges that he used a stolen credit card for surgery on his dog because Michael Vick broke its leg. Plaintiff explains that dogs are forbidden to take out home equity loans with Countrywide Financial. Plaintiff also charges that Michael Vick ordered Jason Michael Carpenter (Riches' co-defendant) to send a botnet trojan horse into his court records and place false information to make Plaintiff look evil. Plaintiff also noted that Michael Vick is spelled Kciv Leahcim backwards.

awesome.

I wonder how much money this guy has cost the legal system

Plaintiff alleges that the defendants sold half his brain on eBay, but undervalued it as they only received $4,275 from the highest bidder

Probably alot. Go to his wiki page and just look at the list of judicial filings that are listed as references. All those had to be processed, and it doesn't look like he's finished, not by a long shot.

It might be a good idea to get a mental diagnosis on the guy and see if some medication can't be administered...

When I worked for an extremely high-powered lawyer last summer, we used to get ridiculous (and extremely creepy) letters like that one going on long rants with tangents that made absolutely no sense. Conspiracy theories like that one, but they would always result in gibberish, asking him for help.

We obviously threw them away immediately, but it made me glad I wasn't opening the mail!
