I assume we'll see Murton this evening?

Probably the same lineup as Monday night.

I think you'll see Cedeno give Theriot a night off tonight. Other than that, it will be the same as Monday (with the lineup juggled a little bit-probably Pagan and Murton are the two best candidates for the 2 spot tonight).

Cedeno, Murton, Pagan, and Kendall in the same lineup scares me.

I'm quite probably overtly optimistic but, I believe Lee, Ramirez and Murton are going to mash Moyer tonight while Hill keeps the Phillies in check.

I hope not.

wow waited over 3 years to make a post and he brings the thunder with the first post. I dont know why you would hope not about Murton, I mean seriously would you rather Jones or Floyd face a lefty? Murton in RF against a lefty gives us our best chance to win.

"CUBS score 4.67 R/G overall.... 3.00 R/G when Hill pitches

"

This says a lot.

Score some for Hill, plz.

I think it says guys don't like playing behind Rich. He is slow, throws lots of pitches and really doesn't get the defense involved (Lots of K's and flyballs).

What's that got to do w/ swinging the bats?

fielders tend to get involved when there's a fly ball

I corrected myself. I just assumed it was a day game.

Whoa whoa whoa

I'm not saying anything like that, I'm just saying it might affect Rich a little pyschologically. He plays his heart out and the bats never seem to pay him any favors.

Christ another damn lefty!!

The silver lining is unlike Cole Hamels, Jamie Moyer has to perfect to be effective, if his missing his spots, he's going to get crushed.
