Our bullpen never strikes anyone out. Everytime the bat hits the ball it seems like it has potential to go out of the park.

At least today was a good Howry day... honestly, look at his game logs. Its going good, bad, good, bad, meh, bad...

I hope we have a huge lead the next time...

Not to completely take the blame off of Eyre but that HR shouldn't matter that much. Cubs had 2nd and 3rd with no outs in the fifth and couldn't score. Isn't the average number of runs scored in that situation 1.6 or something like that? Runner on 2nd with one out in the sixth and couldn't score. The first three batters in the eighth all single and the Cubs only get one run. It should be 3-1 or 4-1 Cubs right now.

Not saying Eyre doesn't deserve blame for sucking but that HR shouldn't have had an effect on the game.

If we were in Wrigley, they would've hit 3 balls out that inning instead of 1.

if it were wrigley there would have been a 30 minute delay to pick up beer cups in the outfield and eyre and lou would have been sniped from the rooftop

But we'd still be winning because Aramis hit a grand slam the inning before.

Just sayin'.

Guys, it's my fault.

they flashed the SD / Mil score and I thought, "wow, we could be just 4 games out if we win". . . . .. . BOOM. . . HOMER!!!

nah, it is all our individual faults for loving this godforsaken wiffle ball club.

Lou, Eyre knew where the target was, he just couldn't throw the ball in the ocean if he needed to. Stop yelling at Barrett.

Barret shoulda kicked Lou in the pills OMG did Izturis just walk>
