Ha, I did this exact play in a game of kickball back in middle school.

 

An unassisted triple play and it was to end the game.

I have been in a game with a triple play (I was catching, bases full, liner back to the pitcher, throws to third for the second out, and then the thirdbaseman tossed it to first when the runner didn't realize that the ball had been caught).
