Obviously it's still early in the year but that Bill James projection for Hill is looking pretty darn good right now.

Except for his 72 walks. The way he's going he might walk under 50.

 

I think his ERA might be a lot lower than projected as well.

As much as I love Richy, I'll still be stunned if his ERA ends up under 3.25. He's good, but he's not this good.

ARod, BTW, is on pace for 108 home runs.

 

...and to hit .143 in the playoffs....

 

if there were a magic switch that allowed everyone to hit well in a short playoff series, it wouldn't be a short series.

 

he's just not clutch. some players are and others aren't. derek jeter is clutch. he is also hott.

You know what, Hill actually gets me a bit confident about Z. If Rich can cut down his walks, so can Carlos.
