I'm well aware that Jones had a good year last year, at least against RHP. That's why we should have traded him in the off-season. I'm more than happy to put Murton's .350 OBP in the 2 hole against RHP or LHP.

He has proven to be a better option in the 2 hole. JJ should not be at 2..bottom line.

Doesn't he have an OBP around .350 so far? He hasn't been playing great and still has good numbers. Its only 8 games, but why not play him? Why does the fact that its game 8 mean it doesnt matter if he plays or not?

He leads the team in RBI because he's hit behind ARam, Lee and Floyd all season.

No he won't get his chances. He's on the wrong end of 70/30 platoon until Lou starts to play him.
