Um, it's Eric Cooper.

More likely the ass-raping will be even worse tomorrow.

Chicago Cubs Vs. Chris Sampson (RHP)

Nothing special here... Not enough PAs.

Houston Astros Vs. Jason Marquis (RHP)

http://i17.tinypic.com/4cnb4gn.jpg

...Holy crap. Biggio looks good, Ensberg looks WAYYY dangerous... Man... Everett is okay. BERKMAN is also a nail biter. Jason Lane... The rest look okay, to say the least.

A combination of these needs to happen if the Cubs want to win:

-Wind blowing in, HARD.

-Marquis gets good movement.

-Cubs offense picks it up.

Hate to be a pessimist, but it doesn't look too good. :?

with a 2 game losing streak is no man cubs fans would rather have going tomm. than one JASON MARQUIS

here's to the wind blowing in hard and the offense showing up against sampson

those match-ups are quite depressing. thx a lot omar

Marquis could have a very Glendon Rusch-like 2004.. Where his past, especially the previous season was not too pretty. Came to the Cubs, Rothschild helped him out... and he's on his way to a good record. When I looked back at Rusch's match-ups, they didnt mean much because he had improved drastically.

Now in 2006, I dont want to talk about it.. but it works well for 04' and 05'..

The same case could be for Marquis..

Could someone tell me who will be pitching on the 13th? Rotation has me a little confused right now...

According to Cubs.com, Zambrano will be. They're skipping Miller this time through the order.

Didnt Lou say they werent going to skip? It's not fair for the 5th guy because he can go a week w/o pitching??

If it keeps Miller from costing us a game, I'm all about being unfair.

So I'm not the only one who thought the HP umpire's calls were unfair to the cubs. Rammy called strike way outside, forcing him to swing and miss at a ball because it would have been called a strike too. And then a couple of VERY good pitches by lilly and howry that should have been strikes. One or two of those situations were in really TIGHT spots.

What was that umpires name? I need to put him on my "hate" list.

See why I'm confused? They are keeping Zambrano on 5 days rest correct? So he will pitch and Miller goes after him or is skipped all together?

You secured your place in hell the minute you became a Packer's fan.
