I like Boise State, but OU has been a buzzsaw for about 2 months now. Add in that they have a vast physical/talent advantage and I think it's going to get ugly.

that's a bad rule. Wisconsin, Arkansas and Auburn all could've had a legitimate argument for being in there, probably Wisconsin with the strongest argument with only 1 loss.

That LSU defense is way too fast and strong to get burned very often, and their offense is capable of exposing the Notre Dame defense, especially with a month to prepare.

Boise State is 14th in total defense. Before you dismiss this with they typical "they didn't play anybody", let me say that they did play in the WAC which typically has good offenses.

 

They pounded Oregon State and scored 42 straight points. They demolished Nevada on both sides of the ball. This team is better than people think.

 

I think Oklahoma will win the game but I don't think it will be a blowout. And I'm still not sold on Paul Thompson as a competant QB.
