It looks like Indiana really has gotten better. That #6 for them is fast.

Whattup Wisconsin.

Yeah, Indiana is slowly starting to become more competitive. Lewis, the QB, is a redshirt freshman I believe-so he really has a chance to be good. James Hardy, their 6-7 star receiver, is a redshirt sophmore. The only thing is that he missed 2 games with personal reasons this year which has hurt him so far this year until this game, and since that is unknown what they were there is a possibility of them recurring. Terry Hoeppner has really instilled a different kind of attitude at IU right now though, and their young players will be fun to watch.

Indiana up 31-28 with 8 minutes left. Not only would I love to see Iowa lose, but it also makes SIU's win over Indiana look that much better :D

Oh, and Phil Horvath still sucks. 2/5, 12 yards, 2 INT's. Wolfe only has 3 yards on 5 carries and it's in the 2nd quarter.

Ball State is trailing Central Michigan 18-7 with 7:01 left and just failed to get in on 4th and goal from the 1. Barring a miracle, it looks like any chance of a MAC West title will go by the wayside today.

And Trey Lewis of Ball State fumbles the ball back to CMU after picking up a Chippewas fumble on 3rd down, giving the Chips 1st down, which should about do it.

Cards are going to 2-5, 2-2 on the year with an extremely tough homecoming game against WMU next week.

Wow, Oregon just carved up the (statistically) best defense in the Pac-10 for a touchdown in 3 minutes. UCLA did block the extra point. 6-0 Oregon.

This will be a long day. A long 3-game road trip. :(

Woo! Vandy leads it 24-22.

With 2 seconds left. A perfect kick from Vandy. Georgia's just plain not very good.

Wow Indiana.

Northwestern gets a big moral victory for actually not getting outplayed in one phase of the game (special teams). Also, they only gave up 510 yards. They had given up nearly 320 through the first half.

What the heck was up with a flea flicker with 6 minutes to go? Talk about unnecessary. Of course, it gave Bacher a little time to get in there. Fitz may finally be ready to admit that Brewer isn't the answer.

And I was surprised that Sutton got 10 carries despite being out most of the first half. The long run he did break was pretty impressive. Quite a few broken tackles.

And Georgia really needs to fall out of the top 25. It's amazing that they were in there for so long despite being so mediocre.

Well, when top-25 teams play I-AA schools, funny numbers emerge.

Arkansas v. SE Mo. St. 49-0 Arkansas. McFadden runs for a 56 yard TD on the first play of the game. Jones runs for an 85 yard TD later. Michael Smith, the third string tailback, is approaching 100 yards. SEMO's QB is 7-23 for 64 yards. Video game numbers.

Just announced on ESPNEWS that Adrian Peterson broke his collarbone and is gone for the year.

Stoops said he hopes Peterson can return for the bowl game.

Mustain's on my fantasy team and he's not having video game numbers. :(
