What is your ideal World Series?

Worst case scenario is Dodgers-Yankees (Dad vs Mom) but not for that reason. Having to hear my dad brag about the Dodgers winning a World Series would be insufferable. And while my mom wouldn't do that, it's still the Yankees which would be horrible. Cards-Yankees would be a CLOSE second.

A's vs. Dodger's. I'm a huge fan of the A's. Plus I'd love to see Frank Thomas win world series and shove it in the White Sox face. I'd like to see the Dodgers in it and win for Nomar and Maddux.

I really don't care too much, but I think the A's winning would accomplish two things:

2 - It might shut the Billy Beane detractors up for like 5 minutes

I wouldn't mind the A's winning it. I'm not a Beane fanatic, but I think he does a good job. I do think he gets a lot of unwarranted criticism, and a lot of unwarranted over the top praise as well.
