Marmol running through the stop sign was among the funniest things I've seen this season.

It was like watching a train wreck.

He probably thought the coach was too drunk to make the call.

Considering Chris Speier is back coaching at 3rd , I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case.

Win totals are an awful way to judge a pitcher.

Yeah, but the 2 times before today that Marquis blew up really inflated his ERA. The 12 against the Braves and 13 against the Sox are adding probably a 1-1.5 runs to his ERA.

If Pierre can always swing like this.. Give him a freakin 3 year extension

That's a big if. And a bad bet.

I agree. But I don't mind seeing Pierre here next year granted we get 1 big bat and 2 starting pitchers. 1 being a #2.

Mabry at 1st. Pagan in left.

I just threw up in my mouth.

Well, you're an idiot. Mabry hit a 2-run HR, and Pagan has a hit and scored.

you cant call out a poster like that!

Wow, the Cubs are winning. That's pleasantly surprising. I think I'll watch the rest of this one.

Conversely, I'm going to stop following this game after that last inning. Leave while you're on top, no?

The River City Rascals....

When Len brought that team up it reminded me of the time I went to one of their games and saw the best basebrawl I've ever seen. There were two separate brawls with real punches being thrown and real punches connected. It was funny because after it all ended the Johnstown Johnnies' manager was handcuffed and arrested for not leaving the field. He stayed on the field to challenge the Rascals' dugout to another fight. The Rascals are located in suburban St. Louis (St. Charles, MO).

Dear Jacque,

you haven't hit a low inside pitch hard all year. please stop swinging at them as they are usually balls anyway.

Sincerely,
