May as well start thinking about Saturday's game and look forward to Marmol's second start. By starting Rusch, the Cubs have already conceded defeat on Friday.

Rusch is really busting out of his jersey there.

Glendon really likes starting. Starting pitchers get the first dibs at the post game buffet.

We already lost 7-2...

Does someone want to start Saturday's thread?

Well the good news is I don't have to stress out about the Cubs this summer...The season is already over and now I can kick back and watch games without throwing my remote or fist against my wall...I'll save on repairs to boot!

Still refusing to watch the games, Dusty? GLENDON RUSCH IS NOT GOOD.

Cubs win, 13-11.

13 runs? I know Dusty says that Bynum has surprising power, but wow.

If this was an eating contest I would definitely like our chances.

But guess what......it isn't.

A long day awaits the squad.

Or a track race..

Shelton will feel bad for us and in the 9th inning don a Cubs jersey and smack a 2 run shot

Lets play guess the bad lineup....

Pierre cf

Perez ss (have to get his glove in the lineup against this good hitting tigers team)

Walker 1b (While this is an AL team...they're playing in an NL park...so Nevin would be at a disadvantage)

Ramirez 3b

Jones rf

Bynum lf (fast AL guy...tigers won't know what to do with him)

Blanco C (gotta rest Barrett before he starts his suspension)

Womak SS (he played in the AL one time...he knows these guys)

Fat guy.

Wow, two guys at short? That is bad.

However, since Rusch only gives up fly balls, maybe we should use 4 outfielders.

Good strategy if 2 can play in the bleachers and 1 on Waveland.

HAHAHA.

Isn't the wind blowing out? Better have 2 on Waveland.
