Any chance, with an off day tomorrow and after getting swept by the Marlins that Dusty gets canned? He has received a strong vote of confidence lately. TIME FOR A CHANGE, even if it isn't all his fault.

 

They have to do something! I mean they can't keep this up...Why pay someone 4 million dollars a year for doing nothing? Doesn't make sense.

I think it will be a while before they do. The only excitement I have left is how bad will it get??

You could have made the same case practically any day this month. 4 game sweep in San Diego, 3 game sweep at home, then an off day. Following the disgrace that was the White Sox series.

At this point, I am willing to endure whatever I have to endure to see some significant change made. As if being swept by the Marlins shouldn't be enough, but I have a feeling this futility is going to have to become epic before something happens.

If this isn't epic I don't know what is.

 

This is just the Titanic hitting the iceberg. Wait till the ship splits in two!

 

We aren't even in last place in the NL Central yet. We have to wait for the Pirates to pass us before this becomes epic.

 

We don't even play the Pirates again until Aug 4th. So we may stay out of the cellar until they sweep us then.

 

But I doubt it.

We have been making the case, I am just hoping that with each passing day and with the amount of suckitude getting worse that maybe, just maybe Hendry can pull his head out of his rearend long enough to pull the trigger.
