When Sutcliffe introduced Murray to Mark Bellhorn, who was seated, the actor hugged the infielder tightly and the two tumbled onto the ground. "You were a Cub!" Murray said.

I'd do the exact same thing if I met Bellhorn!

I'm confused...Belly is an announcer?

no, he plays for the padres - i'm guessing this took place before the game

After Wednesday night's game, Sutcliffe and Murray visited the Padres' clubhouse.

LOL that audio clip is hilarious.

They obviously let him in on purpose, they were laughing the whole time. Not his fault they decided to let him on the air.

When there's the pause.....and then he busts out with "GEORGE CLOONEY"...you been reading about all that.....you been seeing that?

I about pissed myself in that audio clip.

sutcliffe should realize that vasgersian would never move his family, who are very happy in san diego, half-way across the country to live in a place where it snows and is cold enough to be able to keep your beer on the porch. doesn't he know anything? and he's obviously a surfer--why would he leave sandy beaches for the flatland of the midwest?

besides, the trib should have understood that vasgersian wasn't going to leave san diego and was just using some leverage to get more out of the the padres broadcasting dept.

guys, he wasn't leaving san diego! can we just forget about vasgersian already!
