Seeing Ryu makes me think of Pinto and Nolasco who had a good outing yesterday against the Cardinals. So did Sergio today. Pinto did ok the other day even though he had some control problems. If Pie had not been injured, we might have still had these three pitchers. Hope they do well though.

Ryu has been throwing 5 pitches since his days at Boise, they've reduced it, I just wonder if they've thrown out the splitter.

 

My understanding is that they reduced it to four pitches, but that he lacks a definitive out pitch.
