This is the first time in a while that WGN will be carrying both the opener and the home opener, I believe (not including when they open at home, of course).

I don't think I could live without my extra innings package.

Agree wholeheartedly. I have been begging my wife this year again to get it - and she said I could if we get a good tax return. we just got our taxes back from the accountant - looks like it is going to happen. What a great invention. Mix that with the DVR and I am about on the top of the world.

WGN had them both last year.

Pet Peeve: Weekday games always on WGN, I have classes on weekdays, I don't get CSN here, I miss many Cubs games because of it.

Oh well. Seems like a good TV schedule on the whole.

WGN isn't running the last game of the season? That's odd.

Downright blasphemous. Especially if there are playoff implications.

Im sure the Sox get WGN that day

I loved those when I had class, I rarely had classes from 11-2, plus no Dodgers, Giants, or A's games ever conflicted with Cubs games at that time, so I had the TV all to myself with no roommates wanting to watch their team.

Now that I have a real job, I'm gonna hate day games. :(

I hope the Cubs are in the middle of a tight division race and the Sox are stinking it up. Then maybe the Sox will be switched to CSN and WGN will pick up the Cubs game.

I hope the Sox are in the middle of a tight division race and the Cubs run away with the Central so the game won't get picked up by WGN. :P
