Rex is not Peyton Manning. Rex isn't even 2004 Rex. The most popular player on any football team is the backup QB.

 

Moreso, when you have the worst starting QB in the NFL by a wide margin.

It's time for Rex....

Well not anymore. They already managed to kill their chances in this game.

 

Which is EXACTLY why you get Rex game experience now.

 

On a wet field. Probably not the best move.

 

It's probably going to be the same next week and on Christmas in Lambeau. Only Minnesota will be indoors.

I think Rex should start next week. I don't think it does anyone any good to put him in there right now. I don't think this game is winnable anymore, and I'd rather not risk him getting hurt.

Yup, the game is out of hand now and with the snow, I wouldn't bring in Grossman.

 

But Rex better be starting next week.

At this point, I agree.

 

I still think if Orton finishes this game as the QB, he'll start next week.
