Interesting pick. I actually think Marsh is as ready to play as anyone. Not saying he's going to be at a probowl level as a rookie like McCourty, but he won't kill you on the field his 1st year. His level of competition is actually stronger than it gets credit for. This year, he faced Ryan Broyles of OU (2012 1st round pick), Vincent Brown of SD St. who's going to be a 3rd-4th rounder this year, Greg Salas for Hawaii another mid rounder this year, and faced Boise St with Austin Pettis and Titus Young a couple of 2nd-3rd round picks. Plus, Fresno St, Nevada, and San Jose St all have dynamic pass offenses. Can't vouch for how well he did in all those games, but the senior bowl and combine invites show that he caught a lot of attention this year,.
