Wow. Randy Walker finally wakes up and puts Pederson back in to punt. Still 5 quarters too late, though.

Would've been nice for them to at least establish a running game before abandoning it for the rest of the afternoon.

Holy crap, Quinn threw it like 5 yards out of the endzone and Stovall still comes down with it. So much for the dropsies!

7-0 ND.

Florida down 14-3

I don't think I've mentioned this lately, but thank the Lord that Urban Meyer turned ND down.

Navy gets a break and doesn't get called for a delay of game when the clock said :00, they call timeout. 4th and 2 for the Middies inside the ND 40.

Lamar Owens, the Navy QB, overthrows a wide open receiver in the end zone. 4th and inches for Navy at the ND 15 and they convert on a sneak.

At this point, Brady Quinn could run to the sideline, grab a chair, run back to the pocket, sit down, read a Harry Potter book, get up and throw passes. He's getting absurd amounts of time to throw.

ND goes for it on 4th and 3 and Quinn throws it into double coverage, incomplete. Navy gets the ball in ND territory.

This is why I hate playing Navy. They're not good enough for me to be pumped about the game but they always worry me.

So much for Penn State clinching a share of the title today

Northwestern never had a chance at this game. Ohio State is too good and we've been far too bad the past two weeks. Hopefully they can rediscover the running game next week at Illinois and give the team a decent shot at the Sun Bowl.

Looks like Michigan State is probably going to miss out on bowl unless they really wake up in the second half. They sure have gone downhill fast. They played Michigan and Ohio State pretty tough but ended up rolling over to Northwestern in the second half. They might lose 6 of their least 7 to close the season.

Paterno really needs to stop talking about the "black athlete."

And for the love of god just kick it out of bounds on the kickoffs.

Oh, great. Yet another guy in the secondary goes down today. Brendan Smith could conceivably be back next week, but I really hope there's no need to rush his knee injury.

And also, on that drive, Brady Quinn broke Jarious Jackson's single-season passing yards record, set in 1999. Congratulatons Brady!

Well this is great. Two injuries in the secondary and now Sutton is having x-rays taken on his left hand.
