Why play for a FG with a crappy kicker?

Nevermind. Where's Edwards or the TE ?

Watching Benson being taken down in the backfield.

Peterson was stumbling before he got that ball. Good thing he held onto it.

27-yard FG for the lead with :10 left.

Is Thomas Jones hurt? I'm not able to watch the game live here...we in Nashville get 49ers-Giants for some crazy reason.

Same rib injury, out for the rest of the game.

Idonije not having the best of games penalty-wise.

Just kills me fantasy-wise. Traded Stephen Davis and Aaron Brooks for TJ and Lavernues Coles.

Why do you trade the TD factory Stephen Davis? He gets the ball inside the 5 every time for the Panthers.

Bears win, nice INT. Chicago might yet make some noise in the postseason if their D can keep rescuing them and their offense can keep playing at least borderline competently.

Forgot to post this earlier, but at halftime, Lovie was supposedly more animated than he's ever been. He was really yelling at the defense and called out the playmakers to do something.

Good to get the win but definitely some concerning things happened today. Giving up 115 yards to Antowain Smith is pretty bad. Orton just 12 of 26 and made some terrible throws down the field. Hopefully Jones isn't hurt too badly, but Benson and Peterson both looked impressive.

San Fran next week, should be another win.

I really think the field messed up Kyle's mechanics. He should be more settled against SF. Also, if Lovie is smart, he'll hold Jones out until Carolina in 2 weeks. Benson and Peterson should be able to handle the running game against a bad SF team.

Bears gain a game on Detroit and Green Bay!

yep...congrats on the division. The Bears at the least should go 7-9 this season which should win the division anyway.

I'd wager that they'll do just a little better than that..

They're not gonna go 2-6 the rest of the way. Especially not with two against the Packers, one against Minnesota, and of course, next week against the 49ers.

I'd say they'll AT LEAST go 9-7, but I'm thinking more like 10-6, or with some luck (and maybe some Rex), 11-5.

i know i was saying the absolute LEAST the Bears are going to be is 7-9. 1 win against the 49ers and 1 against the Pack is a given. 7-9 IMO will win the division so that's why I said that. A realistic finish for the Bears will probably be 9-7.

Yah, I know. Just wanted to take the opportunity to take a subtle jab at your Pack by listing them among the games we should win. :)

well its alright...my heart is telling me to hope they sweep the Bears but my brian is telling me to go 0-8 the rest of the way  We'll be very lucky to score a TD on the Bears defense in either game.
