When I'm old and gray, I wanna be able to tell stories on how I saw some of the most amazing set of offensive talent college football has ever seen. Three straight championships. I am nothing even close to a USC fan, but my god are they fun to watch.

3000 posts. Nice work.

Texas comes into Faurot Field Saturday. It should be madness. Hopefully the game will allow that madness to last more than a series or two.

We played them tough last year, losing 28-20... in Texas. So we might have a shot. That said, I'm expecting us to get the crap kicked out of us. I'd like to see the goalposts come down one last time before I graduate though, so hopefully we can pull off the (enormous) upset!

"This week [Vince] Young faces a possible trap game against Missouri with the annual showdown against Oklahoma looming on October 8."

-SI.com

"With the numbers Brad Smith has been putting up, the Horns can't afford to look past the Tigers toward next week's Red River Rivalry."

-ESPN.com

The defense has had two weeks to prepare mentally and physically, I expect them to be ready for this game. They are better than how they have played this season.

Texas: 28

Bring down the goalposts.

I'll be in Madison on Saturday to watch the Badgers play Indiana. No contest, if Wisconsin loses I will be shocked.

I'm cautiously optimistic about this one. This has the makings of a classic "Letdown after a huge emotional win" game and Indiana is unbeaten, as strange as it sounds. John Stocco makes me nervous at QB, to boot.

Then again, this offensive line is a surprising step up from previous years and Brian Calhoun has been jaw-droppingly good.

The Missouri vs Texas game ought to be very interesting. This is going to be a good game to see if Missouri is ready for the next level.

Notre Dame at Purdue in prime time(6:45 Central). This one is gonna be a shootout and its gonna be fun to watch. I'm holding off on a prediction, but if the Boilers lose, they are in some serious trouble the way the rest of the Big 10 is playing.

My Saturday is going to be wild. First, my team plays the #6 ranked team in the state, then I'm leaving straight from there and going to watch Purdue at Ross-Ade. Boiler Up!

27-7 in the PITT/Rutgers game.

Oh, I forgot, PITT is LOSING. Way to go, Wanny!

I want to be Wannstedt. To be an abject failure as a head coach everywhere you go, but continue to be employed. Amazing.

Looks like it'll go to the 4th with Wanny's team down three scores.

It's what, week 5? And to think Pitt still won't have a win against a division 1-A team.

But he's a Pitt legacy, so the alumni won't be pissed or anything

And there's another loss for Wanny.

Rutgers sure showed how they blew the lead against Illinois, though.

Wow. First MSU's kicker absolutely shanks a short-range FG from the left hash mark and now Michigan's kicker missed a gimme with :48 left in a tie game.
