off topic rule question...the guy in the cube next to me has the sox game on and Everett (DH) just got tossed. Do they lose the dh now?

 

I don't think so. I think they only lose the DH if the person who was the DH is brought in to play a position on the field. I'm not positive though.

 

O.K., I don't watch the AL if I can help it, but I'm confused as to what you're talking about? How do you 'lose' the DH?

Why did we trade one of the better offensive prospects we've had in a while for a marginal major leaguer if said marginal magor leaguer is just going to rot on the bench like Dubois was?
