uh, why has Rusch seriously imploded in terms of fielding? That was even more ridiculous.

Also a terrible throw. Awful.

I don't know if you guys discussed this earlier in the game, but... did anyone wonder why Gerut is leading off? I mean, since the beginning of 2004 he's led off a whole two times. All of a sudden he's leading off for the Cubs?

i havent seen Gerut play enough yet, but i'd like to see Hairston remain the everyday CF for the rest of the year plz.

wow, even Griffey thought he was out. dang it.

what happened?

Burnitz playing deep, Griffey hits what looks to be a routine fly to short center, Burnitz can't get to it, single.

Needless to say, CPatt easily gets to the ball, and most likely has a play at the plate.

what a horrible game. woody has "shoulder stiffness," Rusch can't make a routine play to save his life, Ohman walks in a run, and our 1&2 hitters go 0/8 so far tonight. i hope we got all this bad junk out of our system for a while.

I hope Ryan's attempts to recover his stolen bicycle will be as entertaining as Pee-Wee's Big Adventure.

What a bad, bad game...
