You got it all wrong. Im with Dusty. Corey's gotten 3 more at bats than Jerry versus Smoltz. He knows and owns Smoltz. It doesnt matter that he went 0-4! Its the experience that counts.

Hairston needs to be in there. Or Todd Walker needs to lead off or something. But Neifi at the top is horrible. I heard earlier on the radio that a remote possibility could be to put Corey in left and Jerry in center, in order to get him some playing time.

Probably. The only other choice was Kotsay through a trade, but I think Oakland is going to hang on to him now that they are playing better lately and could possibly be playoff contenders.
