Not only was Jordan not even close to GMing the team, based on what we do know about what he wanted the Bulls to do when he was playing, he would've been hilariously self sabotaging if he had tried.

Of course they would completely ignore that well before this the Bulls already said he was out for the year due to injury, that he was on an expiring contract and that there are 7 games left in the season so he literally would not have played regardless and would have been a FA at the end of the year.
