He did not look like this earlier in the season. Even week 1 when he was terrible he was more inaccurate than anything else. Now he looks like a deer in headlights out there. We’re ruining another one

It’s been pretty egregious. I assumed poles was fine until I read ten thousand stories about all the decisions he actually didn’t get to make. 
 

id be shocked if poles and warren are back together next year and I don’t see how Warren loses this game in the middle of stadium hunting season, when the only things Poles has going for him (talent on field) is awful

To be fair, Warren appears to be equally as bad at his job

He’s worse. Warren has gone backwards in nailing down a stadium. At least Poles got Caleb and DJ Moore. Warren hasn’t done one thing right in his tenure here apart from possibly convincing George to fire Eberflus.

I have no idea why he’s so bad. Occasionally he throws such a perfect dime and it gets you excited but more often than not he’s just not accurate at all
